Eventing is one of the Olympic equestrian disciplines where the horse and rider have to complete three tests: a Dressage test, a Cross Country test and a Show Jumping test.
Five of us gathered to start our photographic odyssey at the water jump wandering thereafter across the muddy course.
Having sloshed through the mud amidst a myriad of horse boxes and avoiding horses and riders ready to compete we gathered at the water obstacles on the cross-country course.
After exhausting our shots there we moved inland to a timber obstacle A great afternoon was had by all.
