Club Meeting – Daniel de Chenu

Daniel de Chenu is an artist and a teacher living and working in Dublin. He has studied photography, fine art media and education management and holds two Master of Arts degrees. He began his photographic career as a documentary photographer in the 1980’s holding his first exhibition in 1982.

In 1987 he began teaching photography at the Dun Laoghaire School of Art and Design. His artistic practice since then has evolved to incorporate video, installation, sound and sculpture as well as photography.
