The theme for the Club Night on Feb 3rd was a practical photography evening for portraiture. Organised by Seamus we had 4 members who very kindly brought in various studio light setups.
At two of the setups we had models (Nikki & John) and at the other two the photographers took pictures of each other. All attending, including a number of prospective new members, got a chance to take shots with each of the lighting setups.
Seamus ran a session with the prospective new members and beginners in which he explained the basics on the technicalities of using the lights and taking studio portraits. Plenty of advice was on offer and some great shots taken.
