Club Outing – Tag Rugby Tournament

The location of our next outing is Pembroke Wanderers Hockey Club in Ballsbridge where a tag rugby blitz is taking place, commencing at 11 am, with national anthems beforehand.

As it’s the last day of the Six Nations Championship, the blitz will feature six teams representing Ireland, England, Scotland, Wales, France and Italy (players sign up individually and are drafted onto one of the teams).

Each team will play 5 matches (each lasting 15 minutes), so it will be finished in plenty of time to prepare for the first of the day’s rugby internationals.

In addition to dart and bus services, there is parking in the club but as it’s a match day there may be a charge, there is also on street metered parking in the area.

We’ll meet at 10.30am at the Club House of Pembroke Wanderers Hockey Club.
