To paraphrase Julius Caesar – Et factum est, et vidimus, et nihil usquam cepit de shots (we came, we saw nothing and took some shots anyway).
What Supermoon? A very fine rain was falling as ten members gathered to watch the rising of the moon at the mouth of Dun Laoghaire harbour.
We presumed that the moon did rise majestically into the sky but we didn’t see it from our viewpoint obscured by clouds. Oh well some of can wait until 2034 but for others…?
