Club Outing – Dodder Wild Life

Our next weekday outing is on Tuesday on Lower Dodder Road.

There are usually many opportunities for photographers along this stretch of the River Dodder in Rathfarnham. Observing foxes, grey squirrels, dippers, grey herons, little egrets and kingfishers is not uncommon here, so you should bring the lens with the longest focal length you have. It’s also just a ten-minute walk to Bushy Park.

Afterwards, we’ll go to the tearooms at Rathfarnham Castle for coffee.

We’ll meet at 10.30 am at Lower Dodder Road.
