Next Monday Night – Competition Judging
Next Monday, 27 February, we will have the judging of our Open Theme Club Competition live in the school. So do come along for some informative and insightful feedback on members’ images.
On the subject of Monday nights, a big thank you to members who brought along equipment and subjects for our table top photo session last Monday – a good evening enjoyed by all in attendance.
New IPF National Photography Competition
The IPF have launched a new National Photography Competition which is open to all members of IPF affiliated clubs – of which Offshoot is one.
There are six categories and entries open on 28 February and close on 30 March.

Shoot With Me Programme Underway
Nine Shoot With Me groups are now established and the group leaders will be in touch with members to get activities underway.
IPF Liaison Role Still to be Filled
We have still got one important position to fill on the Offshoot committee – IPF Liaison. If you would be interested in volunteering for this role, or if you would like some more information about it, please contact any member of the committee as soon as possible.
“Car Boot Sale” Scheduled for 20 March
The next “Car Boot Sale” will be held on 20 March in the school hall. This provides members an opportunity to sell any surplus gear which might have accumulated or, on the other hand, to purchase that item you have always wanted at a reasonable price.
Please send Emily a list of items you would like to sell with a brief description and the price you would like for it. Emily will circulate a list of items on offer before the sale evening so members can see what is available.
2023 Annual Subscription Fees Now Payable
At the AGM on 28th November the annual subscription for 2023 was set at €90.
The subscription will be due by 28th February 2023 so please act now to renew.
Payment can be made by PayPal at https://www.offshoot.ie/subs or by bank transfer. Please email treasurer@offshoot.ie for BIC and IBAN details.
For new members that have joined since June 2022, your current subscription takes you to December 2023. |
