We will have the judging of our most recent 'open' competition. Good luck to everyone taking part.

Last Monday

We had John Coveney talk to us about his American 'Travel, Cityscapes & Wildlife'. It was an informative and entertaining lesson that phone photography has come a long way and is now a good option.

IPF Shield Results

The IPF Shield competition was held on Saturday in Drogheda. The club came 3rd in Mono, 7th in colour and 4th overall. 

Helen won a gold medal for her image and John won a bronze for his image, he also won a sponsor's choice award for his image which includes a voucher. 

Congratulations to all the members who entered the process and to those whose images were selected. 

Many thanks to Matt O'Brien and his team of image selectors who put a huge amount of time and work into selecting the images for this competition.

AGM Date

Our AGM will be held at 8pm on the 2nd of December.

Next Outing

The next outing is on the 19th of November to Massey Woods. Please check the calendar below for more information.

Congratulations to David who recently won the Coilte / Crann competition. 

Next Club Competition – Open

As with the last competition we hope to project the images on the night but the judge will only be judging the printed version and will only see the projected images on the night.  

Judging will be next Monday, the 18th November.
