Sad Passing of Deirdre Morris RIP

We were all shocked and saddened to hear of the sudden passing of Deirdre Morris.

Deirdre was a much liked and respected member of Offshoot and she will be greatly missed by all of us who had the pleasure to know her.

Deirdre’s funeral mass will take place on Saturday 23 November at 11.00 in the Church of the Sacred Heart, Donnybrook.

May Deirdre rest in peace.

Open Theme Competition Judging last Monday

Next Monday – First Autumn SWM Showcase

Over the past few months, about 70 members of Offshoot have been enjoying some new photo challenges with the support of 10 group leaders. Next Monday the first Shoot With Me Showcase will see the results from the first half of our groups presented to the membership.

The second showcase will be held on Monday 02 December.

A big thanks to all the group leaders and to Pat Divilly who coordinated the overall programme.

Massey Wood Outing Re-Scheduled

The outing to Massey Wood which had been postponed due to adverse weather conditions will now take place on Tuesday 25 November – meet at the Hell Fire Club carpark at 10.00.
